Meet Angus’ Team

Dr Sandra Buchler has a degree in Engineering from the University of NSW and a degree in
Dentistry from the University of Sydney. She also has a Masters in Paediatric Dentistry from
the University of Sydney.
Dr Buchler has worked for 5 years in the Paediatric Dentistry and Orthodontic department at
Westmead Hospital and gained considerable experience working with children of all ages
including those with special needs. She takes an individual approach with each child to
ensure that their dental experience is fun, positive and ultimately encourages them to develop
a healthy dental attitude into their adult lives.
Dr Buchler currently provides specialist services at Forbes Family Dentists and lectures
at Charles Sturt University, Orange. Dr Buchler is passionate about volunteering and has volunteered in Cambodia, Argentina and the Northern Territory.
Outside of work Dr Buchler enjoys travelling, coffee, shopping and spending quality time
with her three children James, Franklin and Adelaide.

Caroline has over 30 years experience in perinatal child care. She has worked at the The Royal Women’s Hospital, Randwick for many years and Karitane. She provides lactation support for our mothers following the tongue tie release and early infant settling and feeding advice.

Dr Anastasia Georgiou is a Consultant Oral Medicine Specialist at Westmead Hospital with specialist clinics in mucosal pathology and a dedicated paediatric pathology clinic. She is a Clinical Lecturer with The University of Sydney and supervises general and specialist clinics. Anastasia is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of the Dental Surgeons. She has a particular interest in paediatric oral medicine and has been involved in Angus’s Tongue Tie Clinic in St Leonards. She is the current President of the Oral Medicine Academy of Australasia, the peak body representing Oral Medicine Specialists and the field of Oral Medicine.
